#14 is partially wrong. Ed Headrick did not invent the Frisbee, he popularized it and is known as the “father of Frisbee sports”. He’s the one who was cremated and his ashes were made into memorial Frisbees.

It was Walter Frederick Morrison who invented the Frisbee in the late 1940’s, and he was the one cremated into a Frisbee. Although you are partially correct, Ed Headrick designed the modern day Frisbee – and he was also cremated and made into Frisbees.

Birds do not ‘pee’ as such, the liquid and solid wastes are mixed together which is why the waste is so runny

its funny actually. since penguins live in cold places they kinda sweat their pee.
penguins are very economical with water. they don’t perspire but they only excrete uric acid, a white paste like substance, the substance is poor in water but its the penguins consentrated waste. they don’t urinate mammals cause this would be a waste of water.

The etymological and design origins of Tyrogue is more obscure, the English name is probably based on Mike Tyson, but I have no idea where it’s design or Japanese name (Balkie) comes from?

That depends on how you define the question, as an evolutionary way of protecting the zygote in which an animal embryo develops until it can survive on its own, eggs are FAR older than the chicken.

      • Jo Archer12th January 2016 at 9:38 am - Reply
I have very little faith in these facts however birds and reptiles create uric acid rather than urea which is released from the same orifice (cloaca) and at the same time as their other waste. As they have no separate hole for liquid waste they are not specifically urinating, as opposed to defecating although the process which created the uric acid is separate from the production of faeces and so they definitely create urine and eject it from their cloaca. You could equally say birds do urinate but don’t defecate.
